Oct. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Two more executives at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG have left the German lender that had to be bailed out by KfW Group over subprime losses. The company named former Depfa Bank Plc finance head Reinhard Grzesik to chief financial officer.
