BANGKOK, Oct 26 (TNA) Deputy Finance Minister Sommai Pasi on Thursday reiterated the ministry's position that the issue of Thailand's new Deposit Insurance Institute Act would not affect most depositors because up to 98 per cent of them hold deposits amounting to less than one million baht each.
