Allen & Overy has hired Freshfields' Italian finance head Stefano Sennhauser, in a move that helps the U.K. giant rebuild its Italian practice. Sennhauser focuses on real estate finance, securitization and restructing. He will work in the Milan office, which recently lost banking partners Davide Mencacci and Giancarlo Castorino. A&O lost its single-partner Turin branch in October 2006.
