MOSCOW, September 17 (Itar-Tass) -- The oil company YUKOS bankruptcy commissioner, Eduard Regbun, and the head of the company Promneftstroi, Stephen Lynch, have signed a notary act in the Netherlands in the presence of a Dutch notary to formalise the transfer of ownership rights to Yukos Finance shares under Dutch legislation.
